The Circular Bulb ("TCB") is an independent sustainability consultancy operated by Luciano Lopez, registered in Rotterdam, the Netherlands (KVK 90811372). TCB respects your privacy and handles personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What data TCB collects
TCB only collects the personal data you choose to share. This includes the contact details you provide when you email TCB or book a call (such as your name, email address, company and the information in your message), and any details you share during a consultation or research interview.
Why TCB processes it
Your data is used to respond to your enquiry, schedule and hold meetings, deliver agreed services, and keep records required for tax and legal purposes. TCB processes this data on the basis of your consent, the steps needed to enter into or perform a contract, and its legitimate interest in running the business.
Booking and email tools
Calls are booked through Google Calendar's appointment scheduling, and email is handled through standard email providers. When you use these, the relevant provider processes your data under its own privacy terms. TCB does not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.
Cookies and fonts
This website is a simple static site and does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Fonts are hosted on this website's own domain, so viewing the site sends no data to third-party font services. Embedded third-party tools (such as the booking link) may set their own cookies when you interact with them. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
How long data is kept
TCB keeps personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by Dutch law, after which it is deleted.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to processing, or request that it be transferred. To exercise any of these rights, email luciano@thecircularbulb.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
